Based in South Jakarta, P.T. Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA), owns, develops and manage a number of assets and entities across Indonesia, with a strong focus on the property sector.

The company holds a strategic majority stake in P.T. Minna Padi Resorts, owner of The Santai – a luxury all-villa boutique resort located in Umalas, Bali. The Santai is operated by Lifestyle Retreats Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based hotel group. This exclusive retreat is strategically nestled near picturesque rice fields and local temples, while remaining a short drive from entertainment and dining options.  

Complementing its hospitality interests, P.T. Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk has diversified its business through P.T. Sanurhasta Griya, an affiliated entity specializing in construction and real estate development. Sanurhasta Griya currently focuses on the development of subsidized housing (FLPP) in support of the Indonesian government’s affordable housing initiatives. Its inaugural project, located in Boyolali, Central Java, aims to develop over 1,000 subsidized homes across an 11-hectare site.

In addition to these ventures, P.T. Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk owns an extensive prime land bank exceeding 4 hectares in Sanur, Bali. The company is actively exploring new business opportunities on this site, leveraging its unwavering commitment to quality construction, property management, and community engagement – principles that have earned it a strong reputation to date.
