Sanurhasta Mitra TBK (MINA) Appoints LAB Architecture To Lead The Visionary 4 – Hectare Sanur Development

Jakarta, 25th November 2025 — PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk (MINA), listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, is proud to announce the appointment of LAB Architecture (Local Architecture Bureau) as the principal partner for the architectural and interior development of the Company’s visionary project on its 4-hectare land in Sanur, Bali.

This strategic collaboration marks an important milestone in MINA’s long-term strategy to create a sustainable integrated destination that not only enhances value for shareholders but also strengthens MINA’s position as a developer focused on innovation and quality. Building an iconic legacy for future generations.
