Aside from horizontal consolidation, PT Sanurhasta Mitra Tbk, also has an affiliated company, PT Sanurhasta Griya, that engaged in construction, real estate and property, currently, SHG focus its activities in building subsidized house (FLPP) in Indonesia. One of the current project is in Boyolali, building over 1,000 subsidized houses with an area of 11 Ha. This plan is carried out to support the government programs.
